What do you think makes Baader Bank special?
I think the working atmosphere is what makes Baader Bank special: cooperative, pulling together in a flat organisational structure, even across different teams. The regular events have also given me the opportunity to get to know colleagues I might not have met otherwise due to us not working together directly - which proves to me that a sense of community is a top priority.

What's the greatest benefit in your opinion?
I think the greatest benefit is that there's genuine flexibility in the remote working setup. That said, I can't think of a more stunning atrium than the one in our building. Why would you recommend Baader Bank to friends/acquaintances?
For all sorts of reasons! But for me the most important thing to mention here would be the excellent career prospects that the bank offers as an employer, as well as the fantastic colleagues.
