After working for a large global corporation for 22 years, the opportunity to work for a family-run financial institution really appealed to me. Regardless of hierarchy, there's a great sense of loyalty towards all employees.

The reasons I've already mentioned have encouraged me to get friends/acquaintances to join Baader Bank. None of them have regretted this decision and they are happy to be part of the team.
