Jan Vrbsky studied macroeconomics at the University of Economics in Prague and has been working in equities trading for almost 14 years.

He began acquiring his knowledge and experience at BHF Bank in Frankfurt am Main, in the area of proprietary trading of foreign shares an later worked as a market maker for Eastern European and Russian shares with Flemmings, in London.

In June 1998, Jan Vrbsky moved to Baader Bank AG and has been working since then in the area of specialits acitivities involving equities in Frankfurt am Main. In 2001, he became deputy profit centre manager.

Since June 2008, Jan Vrbsky has been a member of the Baader Bank AG Supervisory Board as an employee representative.
