Nico Baader learned the banking and stock market business from the bottom up. Initial experience in his parental stock broker business was followed by training to become a banker at Bayerische Vereinsbank AG in Munich.
In 1994, Nico Baader assumed the management of UBF Consult GmbH, Munich, the activities of which included security analyses of small, mid-caps and large-caps as well as issuance and investor relations advisory for both domestic and international companies.
Following the integration of UBF Consult GmbH in 2000 into what was known as Baader Wertpapierhandelsbank AG at the time, he gained a wealth of experience in his family-owned group – among other things, as manager of human resources as well as marketing, sales and corporate communications.
In January 2008, he joined the management of Baader Service Bank GmbH, a wholly owned full bank subsidiary of Baader Bank AG which was merged into the parent company in May 2009. At the same time, Nico Baader advanced into the Board of Managing Directors of Baader Bank AG.
Position:
On the Board of Managing Directors, Nico Baader is in charge of the “Customers and Products” segment and the marketing department.
