Baader Bank AG bundles the activities from traditional electronic trading, equity brokerage and institutional equity sales & trading in the MiFIS division to be able to offer you an efficient service at optimal cost from one source. The MiFIS division is also responsible for the development of new services and products such as best execution in the order-by-order mode, which can offer an additional customer benefit in the context of innovations relevant to the capital market such as MiFID or withholding tax.
An essential feature of our services as full service execution provider is to arrange the entire process chain of an order individually according to your requirements. A component principle, independently developed on the basis of many years of experience from technical connections, order processing principles and settlement processes enables you to individually select your required or desired components. For you as a customer of Baader, this means that you can cover three of your fundamental busines processes with only one electronic connection.
- Fully automatic order routing with direct market access to national and international execution centres - either by Baader´s own membership or via the use of the international broker network.
- Fully automatic best execution routing with the aim of multiple policies offered as a template or generated individually by you.
- An electronic connection to the sales trading desk for essential manual processing with trader expertise for appropriate orders.
From a technical point of view, Baader is able to carry out practically any connection and to communicate with you via any conventional format standard to the financial industry. We pay particular attention to performance and security points in the transfer and processing of order and execution data. The extremely process-orientated, and thus efficiently streamlined design of the order processing and settlement, as well as the long-term collaboration with external service providers mean that we can operate and offer these services for you at competitve and favourable prices.
