In line with Article 161 of the Stock Corporation Act, members of the Board of Directors and upervisory Board of listed companies in Germany are to declare on an annual basis "that the recommendations of German Corporate Governance Code Government Commission announced by the Federal Ministry of Justice and published in the official section of the electronic Federal Gazette are complied with and which recommendations are not applied. The declaration is to be made available to shareholders on a permanent basis."
